18-room boutique hotel in a restored Andalusian palace

In the heart of historic Granada, Hotel Magnolia transforms an early 20th-century palace into a contemporary five-star hospitality concept.

From the outset, the intervention sought to respect the architectural integrity of the building — preserving its iconic central patio with fountain and azulejos, while reinterpreting the space through a new lens of elegance and spatial clarity.

The project merges heritage with modernity: local craftsmanship meets neutral palettes, Moorish geometry is softened by fluid forms, and every material was chosen to evoke both nobility and lightness. The result is a fresh and grounded hotel, where the building breathes — cool, serene, and rooted in its place.

Hotel Magnolia is not a replica of the past, but a contemporary homage to Granada’s cultural richness — reimagined through the lens of timeless hospitality.
