31-room boutique hotel in a restored coastal estate

Set above the secluded cove of Cala de Sarriera, on the wild and sunlit Costa Brava, Finca Victoria is a project that reinterprets a traditional stone estate into a contemporary coastal retreat.

Our intervention was guided by the desire to preserve the soul of the house — its scale, its textures, its relationship with the landscape — while crafting an experience rooted in memory and emotion. The aesthetic draws from the spirit of Mediterranean summers in the 1970s: whitewashed architecture, handcrafted materials, selected vintage pieces, and a certain effortless elegance that invites you to slow down.

This is not a hotel that imposes itself — it feels like a summer home, with generous common areas, a discreet spa with sea views, and interiors that celebrate natural light, silence, and a sense of belonging.

Finca Victoria is an exercise in restraint and character: a place designed not to impress, but to stay with you.
