Where everyday rituals meet Mediterranean roots

Tucked inside an unconventional grocery store in Lisbon, Shosh is a plant-based restaurant designed to feel both familiar and fresh—a space where the lines between dining, gathering, and daily living blur with ease.

Inspired by the warmth and vibrancy of traditional Mediterranean markets, the design invites guests to slow down and connect. Whether for morning coffee or an evening dessert, Shosh offers a cozy atmosphere that feels communal, intentional, and quietly sophisticated.

Natural materials and thoughtful functional design come together in a compact layout that balances informality with elegance. Every element speaks to simplicity, sustainability, and a return to shared, nourishing experiences.
